The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. Also, wood tends to have natural variations, and plywood in particular, but rest assured that I use good quality plywood, and that it is double sided with the species of wood that you have ordered. All items are laser cut and so there may be minor chips, smudges, and imperfections in your engraving, this adds to the character of the piece. Also, because these items are laser cut (the laser burns the wood giving it a nice edge), you *may* notice a slight odor upon receiving your order (this largely depends on how quickly I have boxed your order after cutting it). If you do notice a slight odor, please know that this will dissipate with time, but if you would like to, it can be removed by rubbing the edges with a damp rag that has rubbing alcohol or white vinegar on it.
